We
present to our selected customers a wide variety of products:
• Mead On Shrimp
• Shell On Shrimp
• Value Added shrimp, peeled and deveined, EZ peel,
shrimp skewers, etc.
All the products could be frozen in individual form (IQF)
or in block.
Head-On
Shrimp
Dufer process and packs Head-On Shrimp under a strict quality
control of the product from the larvae stage through all the
processes in the plant including the loading of the cargo
which guarantees the integrity and quality of the shrimp.
We process and commercialize 50% of our production as Head-On
in block or IQF, to Spain, France and Portugal.

Shell
On Shrimp
Our
Shell-on shrimp complies with the same quality standards as
the Head-On. We process and commercialize 20% of our production
as Shell-on in block or IQF to the United States, Spain, France
and Portugal.

Cía. Ltda. has an area of value added independent form
other processes. Fresh shrimp tails (previously sorted) are
peeled and cleaned under a strict control that guarantees
clients satisfaction and acceptance.
We have the following added value presentations: PUD Tail
Off, PUD Tail On, P&D Tail-off, P&D Tail-on, Butterfly
Tail-on, Ez peel, and Skewers, all frozen individually or
in block. 30% of our production is sold as value added to
the United States, France, Spain and Portugal.

TRACEABILITY
The
packing plant establishes a traceability program that allows
us to identify a specific lot(s) from the larvae laboratory
through to the end product by assigning a unique cede number.
This code is properly recorded when it passes through all
the stages of the plant and can be easily tracked when local
or international authorities, clients or managers of the plant
require a control. |
